How does the OneMind Dogs Pop-up Webstore work?

Our Pop-Up webstore is open every now amd then. Once we launch a new collection you have approximately two weeks to place an order. After that we produce all the products and deliver them to the customers. Because we don't have any stock, the delivery times are little bit slower than usual. Depending on the time of your order the delivery can take up 4 to 5 weeks.


To which countries do you deliver the products?

We deliver all over the world. The delivery costs are 6,90 € to Finland, 12,90 € to other European countries and from 34,00 € outside Europe (based on your order value).

How to order

  1. Select all the products you wish to order.
  2. Once you're ready to place your order, go to the shopping cart.
  3. Review your list one more time to make sure it is correct.
  4. Fill in all the information required.
  5. Summary - Make the payment OR go back to your order to make changes.
  6. Wait patiently for 4-5 weeks while we make and deliver your amazing OMD products!

You can pay with your credit card. Online banking payment is also available in Finland.

Do I have to pay customs?

Our store is based in Finland so if you are ordering inside the EU you don't have to pay any customs or other extra fees.

If you are ordering outside the EU, please note that the order total does not include duties, taxes and other fees, as these are to be paid by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

Do you sell training DVDs in the web store?

Please take a look at www.oneminddogs.com and purchase a Premium Plan to view all of our high-quality agility training videos and articles.


Why does it take so long to get the products?

OneMind Dogs Web Store does not hold products in stock. Our partner orders, produces and delivers all the products directly for you. In this way we are flexible, avoid waste and can have a wider selection of products for sale.


Can I return the products if the size is not correct?

We are keen to help you to find your correct size. Please check the table of size guides to help you find the best size for you. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering! 

Please also note that we don't have any stock so exchanging products is not possible.

All of the OneMind Dogs products are highly regarded so it could be very easy for you to resell them.

If you end up with the wrong size, you have (except institutions and companies) a fourteen-day right to return a product according to the Finnish consumer protection legislation. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of postage when returning items. You’re free to choose the form of delivery yourself.
