Delivery Countries

We deliver almost all over the world (at the moment we do not ship to UK).

Delivery Times

Because we produce all of our products after receiving the orders, the delivery time varies between 4 to 5 weeks.

Delivery Methods

We ship using DHL's, GLS's and Posti's (Finnish National Post Service) delivery methods. We mainly use Posti within Finland, GLS in rest of Europe and DHL outside Europe. GLS and DHL mainly delivers orders to customer's home address. Posti's partner couriers and/or carriers may vary in different countries.

You can also choose to pick up your order at OneMind Dogs Arena Kaarina or OneMind Dogs Arena Oulu.

Rest of Europe 12,90 €
Outside Europe from 34 € based on weight of the order (exact delivery cost is visible in the check-out)

Pick-up at the Arena 1,50 €

The delivery costs are visible in the webshop's check-out as price and costs together.

VAT, Taxes and Duties

Our store is based in Finland. If you are ordering outside the EU, please note that the order total does not include duties, taxes and other fees, as these are to be paid by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

N.B.

Please note that once your order has reached its destination, the item(s) will only be available for pickup (or delivery to your home) for a certain amount of days. The number of days is specified by each carrier. If you fail to pick up the item(s) from the carrier within this time, the item(s) are returned to us by the carrier. Such orders do not equal a return and are subject to a processing cost of 15 euros.
