Ordering Products
Ordering is possible 24 hours a day through the web store.
Order confirmation will be sent by e-mail once an order is successfully placed. Please make sure the email address you provide is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order. If you find the order details incorrect, please contact us by e-mail (support@oneminddogs.com) immediately by replying to the order confirmation e-mail.
Unfortunately, we do not take telephone or e-mail orders.
Prices
All displayed prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices without prior notice. Prices are shown in euros (EUR).

Delivery Countries
Currently we deliver all over the world.
Delivery Times
Because we produce all products after receiving the orders, the delivery time varies between 4 to 5 weeks.
Delivery Methods
We ship using GLS's and Posti's (Finnish National Post Service) delivery methods. We mainly use Posti inside Finland, GLS in rest of Europe and Posti EMS outside of Europe. GLS mainly delivers orders to customer's home address.

*Pick-up at the Arena 1,90 €
*Shipping for all orders picked up at OneMind Dogs Arena Kaarina Finland or OneMind Dogs Arena Oulu Finland Finland is 1,90 €.
The delivery costs are visible in the webshop's check-out as price and costs together.
Lost or Undelivered Items and Transport Damages
If a parcel does not arrive at all please contact support@oneminddogs.com for further information.
Despite the careful packing, damage during transport can sometimes happen. If the product is damaged during transportation, please send us an photo of the package and the damaged product by e-mail to support@oneminddogs.com.
Returns and Exchanges
All of the products are custom made for you. We hope you choose the sizes carefully so that there is a better chance that they fit. All of the OneMind Dogs products are highly regarded so it could be very easy for you to resell them.
Because we produce all of the items based on orders, we don't have any stock. Therefore, exchange of items is not possible.
If you do choose to return some items, it is your responsibility to cover the cost of postage when returning the items. You are free to choose the form of delivery yourself.

Please note that an item will only be accepted for a refund under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached
- The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date.
Payment Methods
We accept payments using credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express). You can also use the online payment services of all Finnish banks.
The online payment service is offered by Checkout Finland Oy (Company registration number 2196606-6) in co-operation with banks and credit institutions. You as a consumer are not required to register or pay extra costs for using the payment service. Checkout Finland Oy is an authorized payment institution supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA). All data transfer and money transactions are SSL secured meaning that no external party can see your personal information. Checkout Finland Oy will show as the recipient of the payment.
Card payments in our webstore are provided by Stripe Inc. in cooperation with credit institutions. Card numbers are not recorded in Stripe's systems. All data transfer and money transactions are SSL secured meaning that no external party can see your personal information.
VAT, Taxes and Duties
Our store is based in Finland. If you are ordering outside the EU, please note that the order total does not include duties, taxes and other fees, as these are to be paid by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
